General Terms

  • Your access to sports scores via Aoke signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms.
  • Successful registration and account creation confirm your acceptance of this User Agreement. All subsequent use of Aoke's features will be governed by these terms.
  • We advise you to thoroughly review all terms of this User Agreement before registering. If you cannot accept any provision, please cease the registration process immediately.

  • 4. We are entitled to make amendments to these User Agreement at any time and without advanced notice. If we make such amendments, we may take appropriate steps to bring such changes to your attention (such as by email or placing a notice on a prominent position on the Website, together with the amended User Agreement) but it shall be your sole responsibility to check for any amendments, updates and/or modifications. Your continued use of Sorko services and Website after any such amendment to the User Agreement will be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such amendments, updates and/or modifications.

Important Disclaimers

  • Accepting this agreement means you commit to following Aoke's event rules and privacy policy. In case of discrepancies, this User Agreement takes precedence. You hereby make the following declarations and guarantees:
  • You have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess full civil capacity to independently enter into this agreement.

Promotions and Activities

  • 1. Sorko reserves the right to cancel any promotion, bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to top-up rewards, invite friends to reward bonuses and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused, and if said bonus has been paid out, we reserve the right to decline any Withdraw request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely by Sorko.
